Job Summary
Analyst Lead, Supplier Management at FIS overseeing vendor performance, risk, and governance for key third-party suppliers. Responsible for service reviews, SLA/OLA/KPI tracking, issue resolution, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration with SCM, Legal, Risk, Finance, and Information Security. Leads vendor oversight aligned with Third-Party Management standards, supports contract renewals and budgeting insights, and ensures regulatory obligations and value delivery from supplier relationships.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience with contract management
- SLA frameworks
- KPI and performance analytics
- Third-party risk management processes
- Regulatory frameworks (e.g., DORA, data protection)
- Ability to interpret commercial terms, scopes of work, KPIs and financial models
- Strong strategic thinking and cross-functional collaboration
- Project Management skills
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Ability to interact with multiple levels of the organization
