Job Summary

Analyst & Lead Generation Specialist will drive the full lifecycle of client engagement from market intelligence to proposal strategy and contract award, owning lead generation and capture workflows. The role designs and executes inbound and outbound campaigns across the sales funnel, leverages CRM and market-data platforms to maintain a qualified pipeline, nurtures relationships with developers, producers, and EPCs, and collaborates with marketing, product, and sales teams to expand client relationships and revenue. Strong emphasis on data-informed decision making, lead-identification, and cross-selling to support revenue growth and customer engagement in a B2B environment. Requires cross-functional collaboration, strategic thinking, and the ability to forecast lead growth and measure tactic performance. Bachelor’s degree or higher strongly preferred; willing to travel locally within the United States.
