Job Summary
As a Settlement Administration Analyst, manage a full caseload of settlement matters, proactively identifying issues and coordinating with leadership to mitigate risks. Execute projects to meet requirements and deadlines within budget and high quality standards, collaborating across teams and vendors. Handle escalated claim inquiries, communicate findings to clients and stakeholders, review project reporting for accuracy, and help develop business rules for claims processing. Requires strong communication, problem solving, data-management acumen, and the ability to work effectively in both in-person and remote environments.
Required Qualifications
- College degree or comparable work experience required
- Minimum 2 years direct client/customer contact required
- Experience in the legal field or in a service industry highly preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor
- Critical thinking skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
- High proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Understanding of data sets and data management concepts preferred
