Job Summary
Conduct product complaint evaluation, processing, and investigation for Hill-Rom products to support post market surveillance. Manage complaint workflow and potentially reportable events within software applications, ensuring records accurately reflect allegations, investigations, and conclusions. Resolve complex issues independently across functions and sites while ensuring timely closure to comply with regulatory requirements. Support internal corporate, notified bodies, third-party, and regulatory audits as needed. Process complaints across one to two product lines or segment codes with appropriate training.
Required Qualifications
- Recently graduated or currently studying Bachelor's or Associates degree
- Good written and verbal skills
- Good interpersonal, analytical and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to define problems, analyze data, establish facts and draw conclusions
- Ability to function as an individual contributor within a team
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products such as Word, Excel or equivalent software
- Bilingual: Oral and written communication in English intermediate

- Work experience in the technical or service area
- Desirable experience in resolving issues for internal and external customers
- Ability to work within deadlines
- Ability to work on multiple projects accurately and efficiently
- Familiarity with TrackWise software
