Job Summary
Hands-on IT systems analyst role focused on providing printer, plotter, and production support across the Greenway Campus and remote locations. Responsible for monitoring system performance, handling hardware, software, and network inquiries, logging and resolving incidents via ServiceNow, installing and supporting printers/plotters, coordinating with IT and business teams, supporting print service vendors, assisting with procurement and contract administration, documenting solutions, training end users on printing applications and hardware, and collaborating with Digital Experience teams to mature shared responsibilities. Must be comfortable with hands-on IT hardware, capable of supporting large print runs, and able to lift up to 50 pounds. Requires a Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of IT experience and strong communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or other relevant discipline or 5 or more years of relative IT experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong work ethic with attention to detail
