Job Summary
Training & Adoption Engineer to design and deliver training for end-user software, hardware, and platforms; translate technical solutions into clear end-user guidance; partner with engineering teams during launches and rollouts; build scalable training assets and documentation; measure adoption and improve enablement strategies. The role focuses on ensuring employees understand and confidently use new technology across the global end-user environment, with emphasis on driving adoption, reducing support issues, and enhancing the employee experience. Qualifications include proven experience in technical training or adoption, familiarity with Windows and/or macOS environments, and strong communication and collaboration skills. Nice to have items include experience with Organizational Change Management (OCM) and EUX or IT operations background.
