Job Summary
Build, maintain, and stress-test financial models while conducting in-depth research and underwriting analysis for acquisitions, fund models, and corporate growth initiatives. Perform investment management, portfolio analytics, and strategic forecasting across the single-family rental portfolio, including asset-level performance monitoring and variance analysis. Support fund-level strategic analysis regarding capital structure, allocation, and investor reporting, while analyzing market, economic, and demographic data to translate findings into actionable insights. Prepare investment materials and presentations for portfolio reviews, internal governance, and institutional partner discussions. Gather, validate, and reconcile data across internal systems and third-party providers, managing multiple competing deliverables under compressed timelines. Operate with flexibility to prioritize shifting deal flow and live transaction deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in business, economics, finance, or a related field) with exemplary academic performance
- 0-3 years of relevant work or internship experience, including investment banking, consulting, corporate finance, or real estate investments / asset management
- at least 4 days per week in person in the San Francisco office
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
