Job Summary
Execute end-to-end transaction management, monitoring, and settlement support for Global Financial Market products including structured warrants, equity swaps, and corporate actions. Validate trades against source documents, resolve post-settlement breaks, and manage failed trade inquiries with counterparties. Configure static instruments, perform pre-settlement confirmations, and process asset transfers via SWIFT MT messages. Conduct internal and external reconciliations to identify and eliminate breaks, while posting general ledger entries and tracking legacy process improvements. This role contributes to the Data Driven Operating Model journey within the Group COO function, focusing on productivity and control. Candidates undergo a curated job rotation process to gain exposure to the full spectrum of treasury products and operations.
Required Qualifications
- Banking experience preferably in the related treasury products
- Good understanding of end-to-end Treasury Business and Operations support functions related products and services
- Market knowledge on OTC derivatives, structured products, and notes issuance
- Experience in various operation functions which includes processing, reconciliations, funding, settlements
- Good understanding and risk awareness of the front-to-back processes
- Knowledge in coding (e.g., Python or VBA)
- Proficient in MS Excel and MS Access
- Proficiency or keen interest in leveraging advanced tools such as MS Power Automate, MS CoPilot, MS 365 Agents to drive process efficiencies and innovation
