Job Summary
Analyst, Investment Banking responsibilities include performing financial and valuation analyses, advanced modeling, due diligence, drafting client materials, execution of live transactions, and assisting with business development. Responsible for preparing offering memoranda, proposals, and other written materials for client meetings; coordinating capital raises and advisory transactions; conducting research and analyses to support new business generation and transaction execution; organizing and participating in marketing and client meetings; leading and participating in drafting sessions for underwriting assignments; performing industry and company-specific due diligence related to transactions; collaborating with corporate clients, private equity firms and senior bankers to optimize profitability and资本 usage; familiarity with regulatory considerations and transaction impact on capital adequacy; proficient use of financial modeling tools and data sources such as S&P Capital IQ.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
- one (1) year of experience in financial or capital-oriented analytical role at a financial institution
