Job Summary
Inventory forecasting and avails management for PAG campaigns using Salesforce; validate avails against flight parameters; conduct deal desk approvals; monitor pacing and optimize campaigns; manage 3P supply and programmatic setup; collaborate with Sales, Client Services, Ad Operations; provide data-driven insights and weekly optimization recommendations; cross-functional collaboration with PAG teams across New York and West Coast.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in ad operations, inventory management, media planning, or a related digital advertising role
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce (avails management, deal desk workflows, opportunity tracking)
- Experience with ad serving platforms and campaign management tools (e.g., OneView, Google Ad Manager, FreeWheel, or similar DSP/SSP platforms)
- Proficiency in Tableau or similar data visualization/reporting tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret supply/demand data and translate it into actionable recommendations
- Understanding of programmatic advertising ecosystems (PMP, PG, Open Exchange) and Direct IO deal execution
- Experience managing 3P supply partnerships or programmatic marketplace operations (e.g., SSP deal configuration, whitelist/blocklist management)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across geographical locations
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data modeling)
