Job Summary

Execute all aspects of the transaction process, including pitch phase, business analysis, financial modeling, due diligence, and deal execution across Canada, the US, Latin America, and the Caribbean. Build financial models from scratch or review external templates, and assist in debt financing origination, structuring, and syndication. Manage the group's pipeline and conduct industry-specific research to create client proposal presentations and marketing materials. Support senior team members in internal initiatives, aid local teams in deal origination and execution, and ensure all activities comply with governing regulations and internal policies.

Required Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree within Business, Finance, Science Technology, Engineering, Economics, or Math disciplines
  • Native or bilingual proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese
  • Strong quantitative skills focused on financial analysis, accounting and financial theory
  • High professional standards including a strong sense of personal integrity
  • Ability to thrive in an environment where you manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing deadlines while maintaining a high standard of work
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and support other junior analysts
  • Strong written communication, verbal, and attention to detail
  • Superb command of Microsoft Suite, with an emphasis on Excel, Macro Programming and PowerPoint
