Job Summary
Analyst, Infrastructure Finance at HSBC responsible for building and maintaining complex project finance models, performing cash flow forecasting and scenario analysis, reviewing due diligence and legal documentation, assisting in negotiations of loan facilities, and creating marketing materials such as pitch books and information memoranda. The role requires strong quantitative/qualitative analysis, understanding of credit metrics and financial markets, and collaboration with internal stakeholders across regions.
Required Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification from a reputable university; preferably in a relevant discipline
- Post-graduate degree or CFA is an advantage
- Strong deal execution experience in Infrastructure/Project Finance; cross-border experience desirable
- In-depth understanding of financial markets, credit analysis, and credit metrics
- Proficiency in financial modelling (operational model, accounting, debt facilities, credit metrics, valuation)
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to communicate complex information to stakeholders
- Ability to multitask and coordinate with internal stakeholders across regions
- Experience with preparing and negotiating financial and project-related documents
