Analyst

Analyst role joining Omdia’s Channels team in Penang to support research deliverables, conduct interviews, develop insights into channels to help vendors and channel partners go-to-market, and contribute to global research engagements for clients. You will work with a globally dispersed team, develop insights into current market and technology ecosystem trends, and communicate findings through data, presentations, reports, surveys, and other deliverables. Strong analytical skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and willingness to learn and collaborate are required; experience with AI tools for research is an advantage, and fluency in English is essential. The role emphasizes in-person collaboration, with remote work available part-time/flexibly as described, and supports a diverse, inclusive workplace.
