Job Summary
Monitor and evaluate macroeconomic and real estate economic data for research publications, newsletters, and studies. Analyze data trends to create fund reports, purchase and sale opinions, and assess new concepts in commercial and residential real estate. Conduct ESG, market, and risk assessments for approximately 200 existing properties. Present research findings to internal and external clients. Requires a degree in economics or real estate economics, three years of relevant experience, and strong MS Office skills. Part-time (50%) role with flexible hours and remote work options. Required Qualifications
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften/Immobilienökonomie oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Mindestes drei Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer Position mit Immobilienresearch-Hintergrund
- Souveräner Umgang mit MS Office Programmen, insbesondere sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Excel und MS PowerPoint
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
- Eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Kommunikations- und Präsentationsstärke
