Analyst III Capital Markets

Develop new business ideas, pitch strategies, and transaction financing scenarios for corporate clients and financial sponsors. Perform extensive financial statement modeling, conduct comprehensive company and industry research, and analyze model output to prioritize data and present conclusions. Coordinate with Managing Directors to provide indicative transaction structure and pricing guidance, prepare pitch materials, and support relationship managers in screening and credit meetings. Lead transaction execution, participate in due diligence and legal documentation drafting, develop syndication strategies, organize lender and investor meetings, and assist clients through the closing process.
