Analyst III - ARCTIC and EUCOM

Job Summary
Conduct research and analysis on irregular warfare, strategic competition, and Arctic security issues for the Irregular Warfare Center. Execute OSINT and SOCMINT research, gather and assess large datasets, and propose analytical lines of effort to support DSCA and IWC mission priorities. Review and edit analytical products, develop briefings on regional topics, and maintain professional relationships with external stakeholders including academia and foreign government representatives. Manage time and resources across multiple overlapping projects while supporting team leadership and project coordination. Requires Master's degree, seven years of experience, and Secret clearance. Remote position with standard Eastern Time business hours.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in a related field
- Seven or more years of relevant professional experience
- Three or more years of subject matter expertise in irregular warfare and/or relevant U.S. Government work
- Demonstrated knowledge or experience related to the EUCOM Area of Responsibility and/or Arctic security, strategy, geopolitics, or regional affairs
- Experience with all-source intelligence and open-source intelligence tools, methodologies, and tradecraft
- Current Secret clearance
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team environment
- Candidates must be available to work standard Eastern Time (ET) business hours
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with policy, research, and analysis; operational application of policy, research, or analysis is a plus
- Experience with analytical writing; experience reviewing or editing analytical products is a plus
- Experience with client and stakeholder engagement
- Experience working in or with the Department of Defense, preferably within special operations
- Experience working in or with U.S. Interagency organizations
- Current Top Secret (TS) clearance
- Direct professional, academic, military, or research experience involving EUCOM and/or the Arctic region
- Experience supporting geographically dispersed or remote government teams
