Analyst -II US Payroll

Analyst - US Payroll responsible for processing multi-state payroll for US employees with compliance to federal, state, and local regulations. Duties include reviewing payroll inputs (timesheets, bonuses, benefits, deductions, tax adjustments), handling garnishments and tax liens, preparing and filing quarterly/annual payroll tax returns, performing month-end/year-end close tasks (including W-2), reconciling payroll accounts to the general ledger, addressing employee pay/tax inquiries, investigating discrepancies, and educating employees on payroll processes. Responsibilities also cover documenting procedures, providing training to stakeholders, and identifying process improvements. Work arrangement is Hybrid and based in Whitefield, Bangalore.
