Job Summary
Capture and refine business or system requirements for software changes by collaborating with stakeholders to analyze problems and create solutions. Create change tickets in Remedy or Service Now for integrated, independent, or ad-hoc releases, preparing release manifests for senior leadership and conducting retrospectives. Read SharePoint data to convert requests into tickets, assess production environment risks, and perform Copilot-assisted QA reviews to align with audit regulations. Document processes and workflows while assisting development teams in application testing and troubleshooting. This Analyst II role supports end-to-end release work per enterprise change standards, requiring familiarity with JIRA, Mattermost, and Excel.
Required Qualifications
- 5+years of experience in software development projects
- Remedy and Service Now tool knowledge
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
