Job Summary
Engage with senior client stakeholders to understand business and financial performance, conduct management discussions, and maintain accurate documentation of all interactions. Resolve customer issues and queries by coordinating across internal teams and sales, ensuring adherence to SLAs/SOPs and delivering timely, high-quality solutions. Support sales teams through product explanations, presentations, data extracts, and onsite assistance when required. Review and validate reports prepared for SMEs and corporates, ensuring accuracy, process compliance, and adherence to timelines and quality standards. Perform complex financial and business analysis, contribute to rating assignments, participate in rating committees, and engage in product enhancement discussions. Drive process improvements by ensuring MIS updates, adding value to reports, collaborating on cross-functional projects, and enhancing overall reporting quality.
Required Qualifications
- CA/MBA
- 8+ years of experience

- MS Office proficiency
