Job Summary
Analyst II in Marketing Ops DAM focusing on reviewing and processing asset uploads, managing bulk uploads, and curating content in the Content Hub and Brand Hubs to ensure assets are discoverable and aligned with campaigns. Responsibilities include metadata cleansing, enrichment, standardization; serving as the primary DAM contact, providing troubleshooting and escalation; coordinating with brands, agencies, and campaign teams; developing and delivering training; tracking DAM usage, throughput, and metadata quality; and recommending process improvements. Outcomes emphasize 48-hour asset review cycles, up-to-date Brand Hubs, regular homepage/tiles refreshes, high user satisfaction with training and support, and improved asset findability through metadata quality.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years experience managing digital asset libraries, DAM systems, or related content management roles
- Hands-on experience with a major DAM platform (to be discussed)
- Demonstrated experience with metadata schemas, taxonomy management, and bulk asset ingestion processes
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; experience working with agencies and cross-functional marketing teams
