Job Summary
Analyst II, Global GBS at Kraft Heinz responsible for BlackLine COE activities across the global accounting footprint, including system administration (user roles, permissions, security), monitoring and maintenance of the BlackLine platform, data integrity and security, master data setup, interfaces from subledgers/ERPs, and period-end processes. Duties include user training and support, issue troubleshooting, documentation, and governance of access and reconciliation workflows; leading strategic projects to optimize BlackLine usage, automation, and analytics; collaborating with IT and finance teams on system integrations, and delivering reporting and analytics. Requires BlackLine expertise, with SAP and HFM experience a plus, and a background in accrual-based accounting; position based in Ahmedabad, India. Includes involvement in audits (internal, external, SOX) and cross-functional coordination to standardize usage across regions.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with BlackLine is required
- At least 2 years of related work experience
- Accounting background
- Strong understanding of financial systems and close processes
