Analyst II, Full Stack (Core Analytics)

Analyst II, Full Stack (Core Analytics) at Affirm is a data-and-engineering–driven analytics role within the Risk & Analytics team. You will own end-to-end analytics workflows by defining success metrics, generating insights, and building scalable data models. You’ll identify and drive improvements across the developer and analytics lifecycle, build and maintain high-quality analytics foundations (testing, alerting, documentation, code review) to ensure data accuracy and reliability, and help organize key business metrics for cross-team clarity. The role emphasizes collaboration across teams, contributing to shared tooling, reviewing PRs, and advancing knowledge sharing to accelerate delivery. Core skills include SQL (Snowflake), analytics tools (Git, Sigma, DBT, Snowflake), and a quantitative background (statistics/math/finance/economics) with a comfort in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. This is a remote-friendly position with potential occasional office collaboration and a compensation package that includes base pay and equity.
