Job Summary
Analyst II, Contract Management and Analysis translates revenue contracts into accurate, executable billing structures and manages contracts throughout their lifecycle. Responsibilities include contract interpretation and billing execution, maintaining billing accuracy, completing contract setup and charge configuration in billing systems, and supporting annual contract escalations. The role requires strong analytical skills, problem-solving, and the ability to adapt to evolving processes and automation, with collaboration across Accounting and cross-functional teams. Experience with billing or inventory systems (e.g., Toptech) and Microsoft Excel is preferred, along with petroleum industry knowledge.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent relevant experience)
- Experience reviewing and interpreting contracts with a focus on financially relevant terms
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with inventory or billing systems preferred (e.g., Toptech or similar)
- Petroleum industry knowledge preferred
