Job Summary
Analyst II responsible for managing customer support and process coordination, including opening/tracking service tickets, ensuring SLA/KPI adherence, onboarding banks/billers/suppliers, and delivering timely problem resolution. Focus areas include client-request handling per established processes, cross-department ownership, data maintenance for client requests, and clear external updates. Requires strong English/Arabic communication, MS Office proficiency, problem-solving abilities, teamwork under pressure, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach to maintaining service quality in DXC Technology’s in-person with flexible work model.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or IT or equivalents
- IT diploma (0-1 years of experience)
- MS Office proficiency
- Strong writing communication skills
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to work in a team and under pressure
- Fluent in English and Arabic (both written and spoken)
- Customer focus and follow-up skills
- Basic technical issue diagnosis and analysis skills
- Proactive and detail-oriented in customer service and operational efficiency
