Analyst II, Business Analytics

Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive research and analysis of enterprise-wide data, including exploratory data analysis (EDA), data mining, and statistical analysis, to support business planning, operational decision-making, and growth initiatives. Deliver insights and performance evaluations that inform decisions across key business priorities, including network strategy, facility revenue, and property management. Partner with cross-functional teams to develop, maintain, and enhance reports and dashboards while ensuring data quality, accuracy, and compliance with company policies and standards. Develop, maintain, and enhance Tableau dashboards and reporting solutions, and use Python and R to support dashboard development, analytics, automation, and data modeling. Support the automation and continuous improvement of analytics and reporting processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and usability.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics, economics, computer science, data analytics, business analytics, or a related STEM field required; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in data analytics, business analytics, or a related field preferred
- Proficiency in Python and R required
- Strong SQL skills required
- Proficiency in Tableau and experience developing dashboards and reporting solutions required
- Strong Microsoft Office skills required
- Self-motivated, curious, and highly driven, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize, execute tasks, and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and strong follow-up skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information ethically and responsibly
- Less than 5% travel required
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
