Job Summary
Analyst I Trade Compliance role focusing on screening BU transactions for regulatory and Emerson policy compliance, performing FTA qualification and supplier solicitation under USMCA, and providing tariff classification and analysis. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with ARRA, Buy American Acts, and Buy America Acts, preparing a monthly broker scorecard, and supporting the trade compliance program. Requires a Bachelor's degree, at least 1 year of trade compliance experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, experience with USMCA supplier solicitation, and familiarity with Oracle or Amber Road. This 12-month fixed-term position is based in Mandaluyong City, Philippines, with a hybrid work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year course
- At least 1 year of experience in trade compliance, product classification, export transaction screening, FTA, and Country of Origin Management
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and other web-based applications
- Experience supporting USMCA Supplier solicitation
- Working knowledge of Oracle, Amber Road, or similar platforms
- Must be okay to take on a 12 months fixed-term employment
