Job Summary

Analyst I on the Strategy & Operations team within Trust & Safety builds and maintains recurring dashboards and reports, supports forecasting and capacity planning, and conducts structured analyses to identify trends and performance gaps. You’ll partner with Operations, Product, and Policy to ensure reporting reflects evolving business needs, ensure KPI definitions and reporting standards are documented, and provide timely, actionable data insights for cross-functional initiatives. The role requires 1–3 years in Strategy/Business Operations/BI/Data Analytics, strong Excel skills, experience with Looker (or similar BI tools), working knowledge of SQL, meticulous attention to data accuracy, and the ability to translate data into clear insights for both technical and non-technical audiences. The position emphasizes delivering reliable reporting, supporting business reviews, and maintaining forecasting models in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Required Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in Strategy, Business Operations, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience working with BI tools such as Looker (or similar platforms)
  • Working knowledge of SQL or demonstrated ability to quickly build technical proficiency
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Ability to translate data into clear insights for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing recurring deliverables
  • Familiarity with KPI reporting and basic forecasting methodologies
  • Energized by working in fast-paced, mission-driven environments
  • Experience supporting Trust & Safety, fraud, compliance, risk, or customer operations teams, in ecommerce, fintech, marketplace, or social media companies is a plus
