Job Summary
On-site Service Desk Analyst for Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP across Houston, TX; Phoenix, AZ; Glendale, CA; and Las Vegas, NV offices. Provides hardware, software, and system support to attorneys and staff firmwide, resolves issues in time-sensitive situations, participates in after-hours/on-call rotations, maintains operations at home office and assists remote users, coordinates setup of phones, printers, and approved software, supports conferencing and A/V services, documents procedures for knowledge sharing, collaborates with IT teams, and may travel to firm sites for litigation/trial support. Requires strong troubleshooting, clear communication, and a team-oriented approach in a distributed support model.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college required; a four-year degree and relevant industry certifications preferred.
