Job Summary
Conduct due diligence, document processing, financial modeling, and statistical analysis for M&A and capital raising transactions. Draft information memoranda and develop management and investor presentations while serving as a member of transaction teams. Provide credit underwriting support and strategic advisory services to large public REITs, institutional real estate investors, and real estate operating companies. Perform assigned duties with some independence alongside senior RECIB and CIB professionals.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree
- Proven analytical ability and attention to detail
- Solid leadership and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Some related work experience since graduation from an undergraduate program
- English (Required)
- 1st shift (United States of America)
