Job Summary
Analyst I, Complaint Investigation at BD conducts end-to-end complaint investigations including evaluation, testing, root cause analysis, and documentation in compliance with FDA/ISO; onsite lab work enabling real-time collaboration with cross-functional teams; supports regulatory compliance through proper complaint documentation and escalation; operates, maintains, and troubleshoots laboratory equipment; communicates findings to stakeholders; requires hands-on lab experience, collaboration, and a Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or related field; 1–3 years in a regulated environment and proficiency in Excel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in a regulated environment (medical device, pharma, or similar)
- Exposure to complaint handling, investigations, or quality systems
- Basic knowledge of FDA and ISO requirements
- Experience with data analysis and technical documentation
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
