Job Summary
Analyze, assess, and classify certification applicants using open-source intelligence, proprietary tools, and industry best practices to identify potential risks or non-compliance. Conduct online background investigations, review website content for problematic products and policies, and perform compliance reviews to determine eligibility. Summarize analysis findings in clear, concise written reports and submit them within strict deadlines while escalating questions to appropriate colleagues. Monitor billing and payment status, escalating internally when necessary. Assist with other projects, maintain program documentation, and communicate regularly with clients via email, phone, or video conference.
