Job Summary

Analyst, People Technology role focusing on day-to-day management of People technology cases, Workday configuration, troubleshooting, and ongoing system maintenance. Responsibilities include Tier 1 and Tier 2 support across Workday modules (Core HR, Learning, Benefits, Recruiting, Time and Absence, Talent and Performance), identifying trends and gaps, recommending system/process improvements, configuring core HR processes, creating Workday reports/dashboards, participating in discovery/testing of enhancements, adhering to change-management methodologies, and collaborating with People Operations to enhance self-service capabilities. Strong emphasis on customer service, independent work style, and ongoing documentation and training materials.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • 3+ years of experience supporting Workday HCM (Core HR, Learning, Benefits, Recruiting, Time and Absence, Talent and Performance Management)
  • Strong experience in case management with ability to manage volume and prioritize
  • Proven ability to handle Tier 1 and Tier 2 support queries with strong judgment and communication skills
  • Experience creating Workday reports and dashboards and working with EIBs/mass operations
  • Ability to work independently and with stakeholders; strong documentation and training material creation
  • Understanding of HR processes and system configuration improvements
  • Attention to detail and ability to support change management and audit compliance
