Job Summary
Manage and verify new hire documents within the myHR system, advancing candidates to the "Ready for Hire" stage and executing employment contract extensions. Coordinate global welcome kit deployments, process candidate expense reimbursements, and initiate pre-employment background checks and medical clearances across APAC markets. Administer hiring workflows for temporary-to-permanent transitions, manage vendor profiles and recruitment invoices via COUPA, SAP, and EPIC, and oversee compliance reviews including KD Prevent checks. Requires fluent Mandarin and English, professional Japanese, and proficiency in ATS and HRIS platforms.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- 1 to 3 years of professional experience in HR administration, talent acquisition coordination, or within a shared business services environment
- Fluent Mandarin (written and spoken)
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Business Professional Proficiency in Japanese (written and spoken)
- Japanese certification preferably in JLPT N1/N2
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with service ticketing platforms (e.g., ServiceNow)
- Familiarity with financial/procurement software (e.g., COUPA, SAP, EPIC)
