Job Summary
Analyst – HR Operations at JLL supports a HR Recruiting team by handling new hire paperwork, initiating and adjudicating background checks and drug screenings, ensuring I-9 completion, and ensuring timely delivery of new hires’ first pay checks. The role involves educating employees, HR partners, and managers on company policies and procedures, working across multiple HR platforms, and identifying opportunities to enhance the onboarding experience and streamline processes. Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills are essential for managing high volumes of onboarding tasks, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving improvements in HR operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred
- Two years of experience in corporate HR generalist or recruiting coordinator role preferred
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Two years of experience in a corporate HR generalist or recruiting coordinator role is preferred
- Experience supporting HR onboarding processes and background checks may be beneficial
- Familiarity with HR platforms and policies/procedures
- Strong communication and analytical skills
