Job Summary
HR Analyst in HR Operations focusing on escalated employee inquiries and complex Workday transactions across onboarding, employee movements, and exits. Monitors service delivery through queue performance and SLA tracking; supports QA and continuous improvement of the employee experience. Partners with HRBPs and cross-functional teams to resolve complex cases, maintain data integrity, and contribute to reporting, audits, and system enhancements. Drives knowledge management and process improvements through documentation and team collaboration; mentors junior analysts, leads team huddles, and supports UAT and automation initiatives. Hybrid work model with 3 days on site in Warsaw, Poland.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are required; German and/or French language skills are required depending on business needs.
- Proven customer service experience with issue resolution track record
- Experience handling escalations and difficult conversations
- Strong knowledge of HR policies and employee lifecycle
- Proficiency with ticketing systems and queue management
- Education and/or Experience: Graduate/Degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field
- Experience: 2-5 years in HR Operations
