Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive analysis of HR data to measure workforce trends, track key metrics on performance and attrition, and interpret findings for senior management. Monitor and coordinate payroll operations, including monthly trackers and statutory reporting, while partnering with business leaders to align HR strategies with operational goals. Manage system integrations and upgrades for Payroll, PMS, and analytics tools, ensuring data accuracy and continuous improvement in reporting standards. Serve as the single point of contact for regional HR operational activities, presenting data-driven recommendations to stakeholders. Requires 5+ years in HR MIS management, with a Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred.
Required Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Proven experience in system upgrades, integrations, and project management
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve system issues
- Strong project management skills to lead and coordinate system upgrades and implementations
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing HR MIS
- Ability to work well in agile environments in diverse teams with multiple stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and integrity
- Able to solve complex problems and break them down into simpler parts
- High energy and passionate individual who can work closely with other Global / Regional HR Heads
- Willing to adopt an iterative approach; experimental mindset to drive innovation
Desired Qualifications
