Job Summary
Manage statutory and non-statutory employee benefits programs, including local benchmarks, data analysis, and record maintenance for enrollments, compensation, and personnel changes. Coordinate payroll instructions for benefits, allowances, and deductions with Finance Shared Services, while liaising with government agencies on compliance submissions and employee concerns. Conduct benefits reviews, audits, and report preparation for management, addressing employee inquiries and resolving issues. Assist in implementing HR programs and engagement initiatives. This role is 100% onsite at Coherent Corp., a manufacturing environment requiring adherence to ICARE values.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in benefits administration
- exposure to compensation processes
- preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Strong familiarity with employee benefits administration
- experience coordinating statutory and non-statutory benefits such as SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-ibig, HMO, insurance, and related programs
- Basic understanding of compensation structures, such as salary grades, allowances and other pay-related elements
- working knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements
- experience in manufacturing industry settings
- Proficient in HRIS systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent analytical skills
