Job Summary
Conduct rigorous quantitative and qualitative analysis on housing plans, strategies, and market economics to drive data-driven city building. Develop first drafts of insights and deliverables using Word, PowerPoint, and Excel while coordinating with project managers and partners. Synthesize analysis into actionable recommendations and proactively guide alignment on project expectations. This full-time role is based in the Los Angeles or Bay Area office with a hybrid schedule of at least three days in the office. The position offers a base salary of $83,200 to $98,571 plus a discretionary year-end bonus and participation in an Employee Stock Ownership Plan.
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in urban planning or development, housing policy, public administration, real estate finance, economic consulting, or a similar field
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Real Estate, Finance, Urban Planning, Economics, or Public Policy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Ability to work on multiple assignments at once
- Familiarity with real estate and housing market economics
- Housing policy and program analysis

Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree in Real Estate Development (MRED), Business Administration (MBA), Urban Planning, Economics, or a related field
