Job Summary
Review operational reports from Hotel Operators, consolidate data, and prepare input notes for management on critical areas. Analyze CAPEX and OPEX requests, benchmark trading performance parameters like ADR and RevPAR, and assess KPIs including ROI and productivity. Work with team members to identify cost-saving initiatives, prepare financial projections for new acquisitions, and conduct ad-hoc research studies. Provide pre-opening support for newly operated hotels and produce high-accuracy reporting. Minimum of one year in hospitality and asset management required; Bachelor's degree preferred with MBA.

Desired Qualifications
- UAE work experience with Dubai market exposure is an advantage
- MBA is preferred
