Job Summary
Prepare reagents and analyze incoming raw materials via land and sea, product shipments, refinery, fractionation, tankers, KCP, WTP, WWTP, Power Plant, boiler, and coal acceptance. Conduct special customer sample analyses and verify vessel, road tanker, dump truck, and tank routes for material transfer. Issue disposition kits for CPO, PK, CPKO, coal, solar, food additives, chemicals, and helpers with officer approval, or generate NCCR reports for out-of-spec results. Enter daily analysis data, run ring and proficiency tests, maintain laboratory equipment, and ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, and other management systems. Adhere to safety regulations, APD requirements, and SOPs while monitoring record accuracy.
Required Qualifications
- Menerbitkan kitir disposisi untuk penerimaan material (CPO, PK, CPKO, Batubara, dan solar) atau laporan penerimaan chemical (Bahan tambahan pangan, chemical dan bahan penolong) dengan sepengetahuan atau persetujuan officer
- Menerbitkan NCCR atau berita acara bila hasil pengecekan outspec dengan persetujuan dari officer
- Mengaplikasikan sistem manajemen integrasi secara efektif (GMP + B2, ISO 17025, ISO 9001, ISO 22000, CPPOB, SJH, ISCC, RSPO, SMK3, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001)
- Memastikan pekerjaan yang dilakukan sesuai dengan SOP dan WI yang berlaku
- Mengaplikasikan sistem manajemen integrasi secara efektif (GMP + B2, ISO 17025, ISO 9001, ISO 22000, CPPOB, SJH, ISCC, RSPO, SMK3, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001)
