Job Summary
Contributes to the overall success of the Global Securitization team in Canada by supporting term ABS engagements, coordinating with rating agencies, service providers, and sales teams; manages securitization financing transitions including credit application analysis and collateral performance reviews; coordinates mid and back-office activities, assists in negotiating terms with borrowers and counsel, drafts annual reviews, and handles waivers or restructurings; participates in due diligence and client market meetings; reviews servicer reports and monitors asset performance; ensures adherence to risk, regulatory, and operational frameworks; advocates for diversity and inclusion.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Business or related field
- Experience in securitization preferred
- Banking/financial services experience
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Python
- Credit analysis and legal document review experience
