Analyst, Global Regulatory Compliance (9 Months Contract)

Job Summary
Conduct client onboarding and account maintenance reviews, performing AML/ATF and client screening checks to ensure regulatory requirements are met. Review client documentation for completeness and accuracy, coordinate remediation of deficiencies with stakeholders, and track outstanding items until resolution. Monitor compliance-related employee training requirements and challenge Canadian marketing collateral to align with internal policies. Assist in responding to inquiries regarding client documentation, marketing materials, and training. This 9-month contract role supports the Canadian client management compliance program under the supervision of the Manager, Global Regulatory Compliance. Proficiency in French and English is mandatory for Quebec locations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (finance, business administration, accounting, etc.)
- 1-2 years of experience in a regulatory compliance (or similar) role, preferably in the investment management industry
- Basic understanding of regulatory compliance concepts, including AML/ATF, KYC/client onboarding, and employee compliance training requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work
- Strong organizational skills and demonstrated ability to manage simultaneous priorities
- Ability to exercise diligence, diplomacy and discretion when dealing with confidential information
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English
- Proficiency in French, both spoken and written
- Working English proficiency
