Job Summary
Global Markets Research Analyst participates in securities market analysis, generates investment ideas, and helps develop innovative research tools and reports. Contributes to the development and publication of research reports prepared by the Brokerage Team; generates investment ideas and contributes to client portfolio investment recommendations; identifies and proposes new topics for research reports; participates in creating new research reports and analytical tools; assists in calculating TBC Capital indices; supports team members in securities research and investment analysis; requires at least 1.5 years of experience, a BBA degree (CFA advantageous), strong English/Russian, Excel proficiency, and familiarity with Python and BI tools. TBC processes candidate data in compliance with personal data protection laws; location for this role is in Tbilisi, Georgia, with in-person work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- BBA degree (Bachelor of Business Administration)
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of Python and/or other programming languages (a plus)
- Knowledge of Power BI and/or other BI platforms (a plus)
- Good command of English and Russian
- Strong interest in global capital markets
- Highly organized, detail-oriented
- At least 1.5 years of experience in a reputable financial institution or related field
- CFA will be a significant advantage
