Job Summary

Screen clients for applicable sanctions and other potential regulatory concerns, including OFAC, UK, and EU authorities. Assess sanctions risks and financial crimes compliance risks, escalating potential issues as appropriate. Utilize enhanced due diligence research platforms to document screening review results with disposition findings. Support the GFCC in operating and enhancing the Financial Crimes Compliance screening process, including special projects. Requires 2+ years of Compliance experience in Financial Services or Brokerage Firm and knowledge of client due diligence using third-party platforms.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of Compliance experience in Financial Services or Brokerage Firm
  • Knowledge in conducting client due diligence including but not limited to the use of third-party platforms (e.g., Dow Jones, LexisNexis, World Check)
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated and well-organized; able to prioritize tasks and work well under pressure
  • A forward-thinking approach to work, with proven experience integrating AI and modern technologies to automate routine tasks, streamline operations, and foster smarter workflows

Desired Qualifications

  • 1+ years demonstrated Sanctions Screening experience
  • Dispositioning of sanctions alerts in a transactional screening setting
  • Conducting ownership due diligence
  • Bachelor's degree
  • ICA, ACAMS, ACSCA or other industry related sanctions certification
