Job Summary
Manage client engagements and prepare investor-facing materials, including drafting earnings releases, managing investor outreach calendars, and presenting to stakeholders. Track sector trends, analyze sell-side models, and support senior executives with quarterly reporting logistics and management Q&A preparation. Assist with capital raise activities such as IPOs, maintain databases, and contribute to firm-wide AI capabilities. Participate in client meetings and calls while reviewing content for the IR website. Occasional travel to client and conference locations across the United States is required.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree
- Business or finance internship experience
- Strong analytical and writing skills
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal skills
- Confident and professional phone and e-mail communication
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Fast typing and ability to edit materials quickly in Microsoft Office suite
- High ethical and professional standards
- Excellent cross-functional collaborator who inspires confidence and trust
- Proactive, self-starter who takes initiative, can move adeptly in a fast-paced environment and works well with little supervision while making judgment calls under pressure
- Detail oriented, highly organized and able to multi-task efficiently
- Ability and desire to work in a team environment
- A problem solver who is resourceful and creative
- Comfortable with C-suite executives and a start-up (wear a lot of hats) environment
- Must be available for occasional, paid travel to client and conference locations across the United States
- Must be able to take FINRA Licensing Exams: SIE, Series 82, and Series 63
Desired Qualifications
- Finance or business degree preferred
- Successful candidates have had degrees from biology to international relations
- Keen interest in equity markets and corporate finance
