Job Summary
Finance Analyst, GBS in Mexico City within the Supply Chain Finance team supporting plant controllers in North America. Responsibilities include preparing and analyzing daily/weekly/monthly financial reports (raw/pack materials, labor, maintenance, yield, volume), assisting data pulls and analysis across Packaging, Raw, Labor and Cycle Counting, supporting the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) development and cost standards updates, maintaining operational BOMs with the DMO, and identifying savings from Continuous Improvement efforts. Required skills include strong analytical and numerical abilities, English communication, proficiency with Excel (Power Pivot), Snowflake, Power BI, and familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle). A collaborative, detail-oriented mindset and a proactive attitude in a global finance environment are valued.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, Data Scientist, Data Engineering or a related field
- 1+ years of relevant experience (Intern experience counts)
- Proficient with Excel (Power Pivot), Snowflake, PowerBi and ability to work with heavy data set to create, modify and ensure accuracy of complex spreadsheets
- Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is considered a plus
