Job Summary
Process inbound and outbound cargo for freight forwarding customers while ensuring compliance with governmental regulations such as the FAA and TSA. Collaborate with vendors, airline carriers, and internal support groups to manage international and domestic air and ocean shipments. Resolve common issues using precedents and factual analysis, sharing information with team members and receiving regular guidance. This entry-level role supports the Global Logistics and Distribution business unit, requiring a U.S. work authorization and typically a four-year degree.
Required Qualifications
- Must be currently located in the same geographic location as the job
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer
- Typically requires a four-year degree or equivalent experience
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
