Job Summary
Review and process warranty claims while identifying unusual or potentially fraudulent activity through data analysis. Handle inbound and outbound communications via phone, email, and mail to address inquiries from homeowners, dealers, and distributors regarding coverage, claims status, and payments. Adjust dealer address changes across departments and provide training to new dealers on warranty policies and procedures. Ensure claims comply with state requirements and company standards while monitoring KPIs and audit expectations. Collaborate with corporate IT resources to improve Warranty Express functionality and reporting capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- 1-2 years of fraud/warranty experience
- Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations
- Qualified applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States
- Must have the ability to work in a cross functional capacity with internal and external teams
- Strong communication skills
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and Word
- General office equipment and admin experience – laptop, multi-line phone, copier, and document scanning
