Job Summary
Prepare financial forecasts, analyses, and reports for assigned business unit management teams while supporting the development of the annual budget and tracking variances. Monitor progress toward objectives and provide data-driven recommendations for improving operations and resource allocation. Collaborate with business managers to prepare sales commission documents and track results, serving as corporate finance's point of contact for assigned units. Ensure compliance with policies and procedures, GAAP requirements, and SOX standards. Leverage proficiency with large information systems to identify trends and present findings to leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors' Degree
- 2 years of financial analysis experience
- GAAP

- Strong overall business skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong teamwork, collaboration, and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Large information and accounting systems
- Report writing experience
