Job Summary
The Analyst, Financial Planning & Reporting role focuses on supporting consolidated financial reporting, management reporting, and enterprise-wide planning processes. The responsibilities include assisting in the preparation of consolidated financial statements, maintaining reporting accuracy, supporting variance analysis and financial performance insights. The ideal candidate should have a background in FP&A or corporate finance, strong analytical skills, and a desire to pursue CPA accreditation. The position also emphasizes collaboration with the FP&A team and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver timely and reliable reporting.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial reporting
- Familiarity with financial statements and basic accounting principles
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
Desired Qualifications
- CPA designation in progress or interest in pursuing CPA preferred
- Exposure to Power BI or other reporting tools is an asset
- Strong Excel skills (experience with Power Query or Power Pivot an asset)
